Harbour Industrial Capital would like to endorse the join application of OpenGuild. The team members have been acting as ambassadors of Polkadot in South East Asia for a long time already, both formally and informally. They have done an excellent job at organising the Polkadot participation in GM Vietnam, where I was also speaking myself recently. With a presence in the Philippines and Vietnam, they cover two very strategic markets for Polkadot. Having met Cris, Pat and the OpenGuilid team in Vietnam, I saw first hand the amazing job the team did in managing the Polkadot booth, organising the side event and engaging the community.

I believe the OpenGuild team will be well suited to represent Polkadot as HA in these important growth markets!
