Seems to be missing a plan for distribution and promotion for an ask this size. V2 appears to cost $15k more than what was requested for v1 three years ag and this proposal lacks a budget. Are the many translations included in this amount or will these be additional spend proposals?

We endorse your efforts and contribution, but in today's fast world, we see no reason why a book on Polkadot would be of value to newcomers. Given the fact that the technology is constantly evolving and JAM may be in place in a year or so. For this reason, we NAY this one.
