This is a partial upgrade as only the Relay Chain and Asset Hub are affected. This release locks the Identity pallet and will enable migration to the People Chain.

Note to all wallets/UIs: Identity will be unusable until the launch of the People Chain and migration of info there. UIs should also prepare to read Identity information from the People Chain once it launches. Total expected downtime is 2-3 weeks.

Here's a table that should help UIs know what to do:

v1.2.5	N/A	Accounts can no longer request_judgement. Registrars should address all outstanding requests.
v1.2.6	v1.2.6	Identity is fully locked on the Relay Chain. The state still exists, but users cannot update/create/judge/etc. The info is used for the People Chain genesis.
v1.2.7	v1.2.6	Identities are being "reaped" on the Relay Chain and deposits freed. All UIs should start fetching Identity from the People Chain.
v1.2.7	v1.2.7	Migration is complete and People Chain has full functionality restored (at about 100x deposit reduction).
