The issue at hand was that some individuals did not have enough time to attend to curator duties. We have proposed an organisational structure to make the curator set more lean and efficient for the purpose of executing with haste.

The reason this unfortunate series of events is rolling out in such a manner is due to keeping the bounty operational, without waiting up to 2 months to establish a new bounty.
