I believe that proposers should not seek to avoid DV delegates' votes and search for tracks excluding DV. The Web3 Foundation's delegation to DVs is equivalent to any other delegation, reflecting the principles of open governance and empowering representatives who have demonstrated their expertise, reputation, and contributions to the community. This delegation is fundamental to our decentralized governance system.
