Similarly to Kusama (see ref here), this proposal establishes the minimum fee for a single block order via the on-demand system at 0.025 DOT. The adjustment aims to strike a balance between discouraging spam and keeping experimentation economically feasible. Should this minimum fee prove overly restrictive upon the system's activation, a subsequent proposal may be submitted to reduce the base fee accordingly.
