• Host in market meet and greets on behalf of the community for any business development
• Link to form for Community ideas - Projects / Companies in the ecosystem interested in using this stage for ideas themed around Conor and/or the Indy 500 (racing themed games, NFTs, etc) that fans could engage with the Polkadot network and community.

Extra or Not Enough Funds (usd value) if proposal passes

• If $1.5 - $1.6M is raised - there will be no Truck or Nitro ride with minimal local market branding during the month of May. 3 Month PSA from Conor.
• If $1.6 - $1.7M is raised - Indy 500 Ride + elevated local market activation in May. No Nascar Truck or Nitro Rally Car. 3 Month PSA from Conor.
• If $1.7 - $1.8M is raised - Indy 500 Ride + Nitro Rally Car + elevated marketing throughout May. No NASCAR Truck Ride. 6 month PSA from Conor.
• If $1.8 - $1.9M is raised - Indy 500 Ride + Elevated Marketing Activation in May + NRC + Truck + 6 Month PSA with Conor
• If $1.9M+ is raised - We will make the activation work as proposed
• Anything over 5% of ask in USD would be donated to Type1 Diabetes via a Teddy DAO Fund OR returned to the treasury
