Double dipping proposals and pillaging the Treasury... what is the point of the deposits to deter bad actors, when they can just cancel and re-submit the same proposal over and over (even when a previous proposal was passed and granted?!?) The Marketing Bounty was approved 2x and already has a REFILL for those bounties in the Decision Periods (approx $700k!!). The work that was used for the Marketing Bounties were all FUD, which you can see in the Lunar Strategy Invoice he submitted listing out KOLs that had rejected referendums BD and Gaming both are proposed 2x. How can this person be a Polkadot activist and representative when he is draining the treasury?
