Hello everyone, this is Web3 Education and Investment Channel, I am DrCAO, DrCAO is the community manager of the Polkadot parachain project Parallel Finance, leads a Chinese community in WagMedia (Now AIWeb3 community), member of the WagMedia committee, head of the Centrifuge Chinese community, and ambassador for several Polkadot parachain projects, such as Astar Network, Bifrost, InvArch, etc., as well as a member of Chaos DAO. He is responsible for the development of the Discord bot in the Web3 education and investment discord channel (https://discord.gg/FDfAet97). Since the beginning of 2022, I have decided to make videos to share my personal experience and the Web3 Education and Investment Channel(Polkadot parachain learning and investment in web 3 and NFT) only focused on Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem, and within 2 years, I have been continuously generating 500 videos! Most of my videos are about educational and technical tutorial, eco update about Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem.

My channel focuses on Web3 education like tutorials and sharing news and also building community to help users with any difficulty of using the Polkadot product. I would like to play an important role in Web3 and be a trustworthy person in Polkadot, I want to be a helper for making those educational tutorials, that will help new users and existing users. I am also making those videos based on my own experience, I always tried the product first before I shared it with the audience, and I always participated in the crowdloan first before I shared it with others, no financial advice, but want to build a good environment for learning about projects and products.

Updates:
After careful consideration and discussions with others, I have decided to withdraw the proposal. My primary commitment remains with AIWeb3, as highlighted in the comments, which has already received funding. AIWeb3 is dedicated to raising awareness about Polkadot, particularly by building a Chinese language community.

1. I didn't expect that ppl mixed this proposal with the AIWeb3 proposal, they are two different proposals, one for the whole AIWeb3 community (ref 66 and the ref 160 as continous of the ref 66, I am founder of the AIWeb3 but it supported more than 17 content creators and staff for the Chinese community, linktree here: https://linktr.ee/aiweb3), and this proposal initially is supposed to support my own English channel and community, which would also be helpful for the mission of AIWeb3, but totally different work.
2. I would like to withdraw this proposal, to avoid any confusion from the community, and I will focus on AIWeb3 community.

The mission of the AIWeb3 Chinese community is to nurture the community, enabling Chinese content creators to focus on content creation in DotSama. We aim to bridge different parachain projects and ensure the community receives the latest information about DotSama. This environment allows Chinese content creators to concentrate on research, producing high-quality content, which includes dubbing, translations, and original pieces centered around DotSama. Moreover, we are allocating more resources to support budding content creators, helping them to cultivate their audience and brand.

   Right now, 92 participants, and played the game 4360 times, we hope to get 100 participants soon!

I'm pleased to report that this mission is gaining strong momentum, evidenced by the significant participation in Chinese events/AMAs (see above), and our discord is also growing actively to be more than 1600 now.
The initial goal of this proposal was to concentrate solely on English content creation. For those who aren’t aware, my content with the support of WagMedia eventually evolved into the AIWeb3 initiative. It brought together like-minded Chinese content creators dedicated to promoting awareness of the Polkadot ecosystem. While some of my English content is beneficial to native English speakers, such as the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQV9bl5s1v8) that proved valuable for contributors to crowdloans via Parallel Finance, it also indirectly facilitates onboarding for Chinese language natives, as I have on occasions provided transcripts in Chinese. I hope that my content inspires more Chinese language natives to actively engage in the community.
However, to avoid any misunderstanding regarding funding allocation between the AIWeb3 initiative and my English content channel, I want to clarify that I will continue to produce content that educates and inspires. I will actively seek fair rewards by contributing to initiatives like WagMedia, it's important to note that this will be lower priority.
