Voted NAY on this proposal due:

• Lack of identity
• Not a stable token request
• Lack of information about your background and experience
• Lack of information about the size of the team who will implement this. manage and maintain.
• Lack of information on where the GPUs will be deposited and how they will stored. Who will have the ownership of them?
• Lack of information about the electricity bill for running these GPUs.
  The initiative looks good but is too simple and premature.
  I would suggest you initiate the discussion and check the Polkadot Community Feedback first.
