RE MARKETING BOUNTY REJECTION:

MB hired a third-party agency for social media campaigns, unaware that the same agency was also working with Modern Market. Meanwhile, Phunky seemingly introduced this group to Polkadot through proposal 1085 which was rejected by OpenGov. Because MB has no direct agreement with the Modern Market - its connection being purely coincidental via the third party - MB declined Phunky’s request for a finder’s fee. OpenGov may, of course, grant a tip if found reasonable.
