Second, what's the intended reach for this referendum. Meaning, how many students are you guys trying to reach with this course/program?

Finally, a follow up and community building effort should be part of all these educational referenda. Are there any plans for these items which are often as important as the educational process itself.

The Small Spender track requires 50% participation and simple majority according to our voting policy. This proposal has received zero aye and six nay votes from ten members, with two members abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

Overall, the lack of clarity and ecosystem integration led to a majority nay.
