Context of the Proposal

This is a follow up to our milestone 1 proposal to build a streamlined and user friendly tool for bounty curators and general user bounty interaction. With milestone 1 already live and presented at Sub0 Reset, we received feedback and community requests for additional functionalities, and so expanded the scope of the second milestone in comparison to what was initially described.
You can see a demonstration of currently available features on the dApp here.

This proposal defines further development of the Bounty Manager interface, to expand on curator actions automation and functionalities (community request), implement an analytics suite to enable financial reports and tracking (community request), implement a public view platform where users can explore bounties and find curator communication channels (initial ms2 description), integrate the Clarys AI assistant, support multichain functionality and updating the UI with light/dark mode (community request). It also includes maintenance, optimization and operational costs for 1 year of operation for milestones 1 and 2.

Dear @Bounty Manager ,

Thank you for your proposal. Our vote on this proposal is NAY.

The Medium Spender track requires a 50% quorum according to our voting policy. This proposal has received zero aye and three nay votes from ten members, with one member abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

The referendum faced significant opposition, with concerns focused on subpar design quality, insufficient value delivered for the $160K spent on Milestone 1, and a sudden increase in the budget for Milestone 2 from €60K to $265K. Members highlighted these red flags as major issues. While one member abstained due to a conflict of interest, they acknowledged the validity of the concerns and suggested restructuring the proposal.

The full discussion, along with individual members' votes and comments, can be found in our internal voting.

Kind regards,
