I support this kind of proposals and MacZam could be a great project leader.

Can we get a numerical value regarding reach as one of the objectives of this referendum? Something that could be evaluated as a goal and reported in the future. In principle, This referendum is very positive as we get to reach new geographies, but we definitely would love to see a number in order to ascertain a concrete goal. It's a plus that the proposer is a highly engaged member of the Polkadot community and we are confident that this referendum will be executed but we'd like to know in advance to what extent.
Concretely, a higher reach than the previous part metrics due to the improvement of market conditions and increase in the whole crypto mindshare across all geographies would be great. So, knowing what the projected reach is for this part would help significantly.
7 additional objectives were achieved on the previous part, so we would also like to know if any additional objective is planned for this part as well as some leads as to what they will be.

For now we'll be abstaining until these projected metrics for this part become clearer.
