BuildOnDot is an Ideas Directory to help developers and businesses find the right ideas to contribute to Polkadot. The response from the community was rather positive, so I thought it is a platform worth keeping around, hence this tip request.

Some questions:
1: Right now I can see that your running on AWS, will you continue to host it with Amazon?
2: What is differences between this directory of Dotsama ideas and project and Awesome Polkadot ?

The site looks not very complicated. Do you have a backend API?

  • If not, maybe you can choose some free services like vercel, cloudflare pages, etc.
  • If yes and your visitors are not huge, you can try cheaper machines(VPS) like those provided by hetzner.
