Let's remind everyone about the discussion that happened on the polkadot forum where Ross pretends to do a "self-report", actually not addressing the questions. Here's some context, facts, with proof:

• Ross was working on the Staking dashboard, while being paid by Parity in 2023.
• Parity decentralized many employees in December 2023, asking them to go get funding from the treasury
• Ross asked for funding in January, for the Staking Dashboard, hinting at the fact that it's been decentralized too. Treasury proposal
• The Staking dashboard, and Ross, were still under the Parity umbrella for at the very least 4 months in 2024, maybe more, see his own post mid-march stating the Dashboard was under Parity.
• Ross did not deliver on the planed features, see the report from og tracker which is an independently run team. See also this post on X
• Ross worked on other projects, now requesting funds them (developer console, this very proposal).
• Ross in the mean time is also claiming fellowship salary. Proof on Subscan
