Just wanted to point out this ref won't execute even if it passes, because the request of 62,900 DOT is above the smallSpender track's limit of 10,000 DOT

Considering that the previous referendum was denied previously and members have changed, isn't a better idea to submit to the events bounty or the meetups bounty first to increase the reputation of these events?
