Developers are important for Polkadot eco, so Sub0 is obviously one of the important events, and I can see the value of this proposal that will support more developers to join Sub0! I would like to support this proposal, and I am looking forward to the 12 devs from Asia who will contribute to Polkadot eco, and share more updates later on!
After "SUPER successful" Polkadot Decoded at Token 2049 I guess that the entire organizations of the events should be reviewed and changed.
Also, $440,000 has already been allocated for Sub0 which is SUPER HUGE amount and an additional 71,000$ will only get this stuff worse.
