1. Beyond this proposal, what is needed to get ink contracts to deploy on Plaza? Some referendum, or is PVM support enough developed in this proposal?
2. Can you supply some target results? i.e. the results of the marketing and working with hackathons - what is success and how do you measure the ROI of these activities, given they are a non-significant portion of this proposal.
3. Given this targets ink contracts on Plaza, what is the future of Pop network? Is there still a plan to deploy a parachain for ink contracts?

Let's get ink on Plaza. I think it is a great alternative to Solidity! Having superb Solidity support is necessary to attract existing teams on Web3, but it is by no means a great language. Polkadot can do better. Part of its value prop should be, yes we support Solidity, but no you don't have to do Solidity here.
