I am voting aye with the perspective that public voting would be more critical if DOT in the treasury was more scarce. There are other, more rationale means of achieving this but I'll give this "not going to pass" vote some support.

Do note that I didn't submit this proposal (even by alias) and I don't anticipate that it would receive a decision deposit to move into the decision period.

Treasury burns to 0 should be instaNAYed just like the attempts on Kusama.
