This is a proposal for a new structure to the Polkadot Ambassador Program.

Part of that program says:

Ambassador: Has made 5 successful tip requests for at least $200 for work done to support Polkadot.

I want to show how easy it can be to do work for Polkadot, get rewarded for that work, and work towards qualifying to be an ambassador.

This document took around 4 hours to create, for which I am asking $50 per hour.

In general, this is probably a high salary for a writer, but based on my technical experience in the space, I think that salary is justified.

I believe the value generated by creating this document is more than $200. I am happy for the DOT holders to decide if they agree.
