Greetings Council. Now that I have[ integrated Kusama with DotScanner.com](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/motion/324), I would like to begin the development of[ Milestones 2-6 of the proposal](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CYklxaMkBfZvf2ZEHj-OXgbGjrnvLDFvvvCl7ZkQcYk/edit?usp=sharing). Features that will benefit both Polkadot and Kusama. Additionally, I would like to request a premium of $854 to cover the largely increased hosting costs in July and August as I continue to develop these milestones.
