[Encode Club](https://www.encode.club/) educates, supports and backs the next-generation of university and hacker talent coming into blockchain. We work across 75 universities worldwide. We mainly organise educational programmes, hackathons and accelerators. After the success of Polkadot's involvement in a recent [Encode Club hackathon](https://medium.com/encode-club/encode-hack-club-polkadot-overview-5689abfa62d0), we would like to extend our work, bring more adoption and new talent to the ecosystem.
